Pelsert and the Batavia

Pelsert led a pretty successful salvage mission, loading up the Sartem with as much as they could find before returning to Batavia. He died not long after, probably of the same illness that had brought him down on board. The last living mutineers who had come all the way back to Batavia were eventually executed there. Out of the 316 people who were aboard the Batavia when it wrecked, only about 116 survived.
