There's a bias towards selling, there's less interest perhaps in keeping track of how the weapons are used. We don't usually say, can we have those back? There's a couple exceptions. The United States actually engaged in a buyback program for what's called MAMPADs and has sort of bought those back. It's not something the US government engages in all that regularly.
