Danny Cevallos: I think grounded body is important and open heart is important. There's a practice called dropping the mind, hyperactive repeating part with the fear or anxious sort of like boom into the body. Once you put the body start to feel grounded, and then if you feel the essence love, and that is the beginning of open heart. And then the opening heart and the grounded body contributes that the clear mind will happen. He says research was exciting altogether into meditation and what it might be doing to the mind and body.
