What Do You Think About Your Interviews?

A, i think there's information to be gathered from the types of questions that these schools ask in their interviews. Since my work has been in the restaurant industry, i spent some time before the interview thinking about the hot topics in the industry. And so i had a perspective on it, partly because we practised, but also just because i've been working in this industry for the past three years. The interviewers definitely aren't trying to catch you out, ah, but they, you know, they want you to know your stuff.
