Cleaning Up the Cap Table

Cleaning up the cap table is usually referring to a founder who's not involved in the business any more, but still owns a large chunk of it. How do you essentially, like, fix that so that the people who are actually working on the business going forward are insenivized and the equity? This would be recapitalization. That's where something similar is happening, but it's essentially only on the investors side. A cramm down, though and recaps, that's where, you know, if a companis a struggling may we should also make sure to to unabbreviating the stuff.
