Is Centralization Clearing Organizational Debt?
The downside of centralization is that it becomes a gat, or some kind of sludge we don't want to navigate. On the other hand,centralization does things that let people at the edge go faster. I look at it as like, is centralization clearing organizational debt, or preventing organizational debt? Or is it creating organizational debt that the edges have to service? And that's effectively like my hot take on when it's hepful and when it's not.
