How do you have that no asshole role for being a non authoritarian like myself? How do you enforce it? Yeah, it's very tricky. My first principle is make sure you have people around you that have healthy norms and they look out for each other. If I don't like someone, I'm going to be clinically polite. Any problem they have with me cannot be on the basis of how I'm talking to them. You have to earn my swears by being friends.
