The Different Types of Mysticism
Aaron Carroll: A lot of people associate mysticism with sort of Eastern religions and those kinds of things. How is Christian mysticism different? He says Lewis said that he thought a lot of Eastern mysticism probably pointed to valid experiences. Carroll: What strikes me is this is one of those issues that degenerates into either or thought. So there's excess on both extremes.
