Setting Limits for Video Games

A crucial first step in limiting your game play is deciding on what your limits are. Time blindness definitely plays into this, so it's a good idea to keep a clock within sight when you are playing. Timers are also crucial for maintaining awareness on how much you're playing. Some games are going to be more addicting than others. This is especially true of those games designed for your phone. Most games on your phone are driven by ad revenue or some pay to win mechanic. For me, the best games are the ones that are story driven and challenge me to think.
