What Makes a Company a Business?
The office bit e has bou know, in our business, until recently, to have completely disappeared. And that's interesting for a couple of reasons why. One is because offices and buildings have had incredible sort of symbolic value. But the other thing is, there's obviously been lots, lots less face-to-face contact with your co-workers. A study recently showed that there was a very poor correlation between company values and behaviour. In some companies i've worked for, there have been very, very clear principles that have resulted in behaving in different ways - but they're often kind of anecdotal.
