The Chakras in Yoga and Meditation
The more we work with our energy body in meditation and yoga, the more subtle energy becomes apparent. The chakras run along the spine and have different colors that flow out in the aura. Checking in on your chakras can also be a way to heal on a helistic and overall level. For me, receiving healing from others in different energetic modalities, such as rake and shermanic healing, has been truly transformative. And i do recommend this type of healing if you have not been successful via other roots. Just remember that your body already has a self healing mechanism,. and the practitioner is there purely to accelerate your own healing.
