How to Be More Assertive in UX Design?
As a queer woman of color, i often find myself in teams that are mostly composed of men. I would say it's when working with stakeholders, its superimportant to understand what they find important. As researchers, we're very much so cind of the em just communicating them rank. So i especially when it comes to hard things that are coming through, or constructive feedback, i'd let them hear it directly from the user.
