ipef is likely to end up a sort of ongoing intermittent negotiations that eventually result in minor commitments. i think at the end of the day, asia will default to what it nos works, which are traditional style trade agreements. Sofor now, stay safe. Stay socially distant, keep that mask on. By for now, we'll be served well by my colleagues in washington, new york, brussels, london, bajing, shanghai and shenzen bureaus.
