Is the Right App for ADHD?

Pen and paper is great for people with ADHD. Having to write it down rather than just open an app or a spreadsheet helps us process that information. There's also an app called Mint and Pocket Book. I think Pocket Book can might be Australian only. And yeah, I am a fan of zero based budgeting because it's the idea is that every dollar that comes into your bank account has a job. But often, they're not budgeting to begin with. They're not having enough money to the next payday. So it's about, you know, not necessarily at first looking at whether you're going to do zero base budgeting, you're another thing.
