How to Get Good at Interviewing

Don't underestimate the level of work that you need to do to get good at it. We all read the book in November and now we're two months of like deep interviewing with it. It's really starting to take hold, I think. And given this data, fact finding interview style, you know exactly where the holes are and where the questions... Right.
