The action imperative depends on what you've experienced previously in life. There's no question of personality plays a role, that your level of patience plays a role,. If you're very action oriented in terms of your own personality, the notion that you're gonna want to bolt into action is kind of natural. And so sometimes my job as a coach is to tell people like that, slow down!
