How to Find the Right Manager for Your Business
The first person you should employ is a PA just to give you all that admin time. Then look for a manager and the manager has got to be someone different to you. You don't want another entrepreneur. Loads of entrepreneurs make a big mistake on this. They're looking to bring in the same skill set as them because they align to them. Find someone that's culturally right for you that has the same culture as you, but has an opposing set of skills so can manage the day to day of the business.
