Few names have cast more fear into the human heart than Count Dracula. The legendary vampyre, created by author Bram Stoker, has inspired many horror movies, television shows and other terrifying tales of vampires.

Dracula himself however was inspired by a real person who happened to have a taste for blood and gruesome revenge. Vlad III, Prince of Wallachia, who you may know as Vlad the Impaler.
