CHAPTER

The Negative Effects of Repeated Post-Prangel Concentrations on Blood Sugar Spikes

Even if you adjust for HBA1C having lower 1.5 on hydroglucitol concentrations in blood tends to be associated with an increased risk now there's some studies as well they're much more limited but it gives us maybe a first little idea that there may be some negatives to having repeated post-prangel concentrations over 10 millimoles per liter even in non diabetic populations. What I would encourage people to look at are regular patterns and so the way I've been writing about this and sharing in my YouTube videos is to say that if someone who doesn't have diabetes but who regularly has spikes over 10 MILLIMOLS per Liter its something we should take note of.
