The Importance of Muscle Mass as a Female

Rachel asks how much muscle is realistically attainable as a female and still remained healthy. I feel like there are a lot of unrealistic role models out there, she says. Despite eating enough and enough of the right mix of stuff plus training for muscle growth but never getting near how they look it's possible to add on muscle without being unhealthy. She recommends simply doing the amount of weightlifting that feels good for your health in terms of progressing.
