The Best Factual Scenario Ever for a Gagging Order
CNN's John Defterios spoke with Carol Costello and Eugene Carroll about their reaction to the verdict. The jury found Donald Trump guilty of sexual abuse in a civil trial, but he was not convicted of rape. This is probably the best factual scenario ever for a post-defamation gag order that would basically ask the judge Kaplan or someone else to prevent him from saying what he said. But there are all kinds of issues including whether this case should be tried under New York's outdated sex crimes law.
