Is There a System in Your Organization?

It's important to note that you may not actually find a corresponding system in your organization for each of the five levels. That is like just something you would note down because what that suggests is that you do not have that system and you probably should it's either something that is done kind of implicitly as in the first case study we looked at, right? Like system, there was no like real system five, so to speak. And our other example being the, because it's an egregious example, the founder syndrome where it's like systems one and five are present but everything else is missing.
