The Importance of Independent Writing
I was doing an English writing lesson where I gave the children like a story opener. They had to, a few of them had to pick one and then like carry it on of their own imagination. And got to the end of this lesson, they spent like 40 minutes writing and it was independent. So I was very much just, I didn't get involved. Cause if you start walking around, I find independent writing, if you start walked around, like looking over their shoulders, they ask you for help. When it's got to be independent, you want to take away that crutch.
