Is the Mempel Open Source Project a Multi Layer Eco System?

mempol is an open source project to help the bitcoin community transition into this multi layer eco system. It has layers zero, which you consider mempools around the world, and then layer one, as on chain,. Then layer two is lightning and liquid. And then potentially some kind of layer three support in future. You add that as many layers as there are mempol being explored.
