A lot of people are getting stuck in this loop where they're just their new hobby is talking about their problems Talking about their traumas. This has become something. It's been a lot more Acceptable to talk about over the last few years and that's a good thing But there's a difference between having PTSD because you had a fender bender at the stoplight on the corner or Having PTSD because you were in Afghanistan. You got your legs blown off. There's a difference One is worse than the other I'm sorry if that hurts your feelings, but it's true So within the context of mental health I want to be respectful andI want to be empathetic toward
This week, I invite you to tune out the continual stream of fear mongering and "doom and gloom" stories, and consider this: By every measurable statistic, life on Earth is better now than it ever has been. Yes, we still have problems that need solving... No, we're not perfect...but we're better than ever. This week, I'm giving you 5 reasons why now is the best time to be alive.
