How to Be a Flight Attendant
Flight attendants get paid when the boarding door closes. What are you doing all the rest of the time? Not getting paid for our work, that's what we're doing. We also have sit time in between flights, which can be up to three hours. So it's a lot of talk of boarding pay, but it's not just boarding pay. It's all of our time that we're waiting for and working.
