The Star and Wish Game

The idea of setting up combat encounters that lean into the new abilities that characters have. So I'm really looking forward to blowing a bunch of people up with a fireball, for example. You know, that's an extreme example. But like, you know, when they have certain abilities that they're really excited to use, or like I just gained cold, cold resistance. Okay, well, guess what? Let's have more monsters that do cold damage because it's cool to resist it.
