My favorite is a tool called Crunchbase. It's actually an investor's website, but it's brilliant at helping job seekers, brainstorm employers quickly - all for free. You can use three filters for free and it will keep showing you the first five results for free over and over and over again if you slightly change your search terms. But I love how free and elegant and practical and applied that Crunchbase can make the act of brainstorming employers. And just if you see something you like, you swipe right, put it in your L column, see something you don't like you swipe left and never think about it again.
