The Wizards' Failure to Succeed

The NBA is a completely different spot now. There's such a broad swath of talent in the role players and low end stars have gotten so good. It's we're at a different point of team building where you look at these shitty teams. The Spurs are someone we all trust to properly build around him because they've done it a number of times. He could go somewhere where there's a general manager who stinks and he could end up being like stuck there for 15 years. So that's my point is you want to nurture this. This is a valuable gem that someone else could squander.
