The Connection Between Exercise and Mental Health
There is a connection between even moderate amounts of exercise and mental health. If you show up to work without good mental health, then it's probably going to impact your performance. But it's a bit of a stretch to be able to connect all of those things together. So I want to talk a little bit more about some of these other things that are beyond sleep.
