The God of Jacob Is Our Fortress
The God of Jacob is our fortress. That's the whole Psalm. You interpret your Bible in such a way to think that God will not do X, Y, or Z. And so I don't want to pick on the Israelites for believing in what really was a myth.God never promised that he wouldn't judge them. In fact, he promised the opposite. Back to Deuteronomy. Back to Leviticus. If you turn away from me, I will drive you from the land. I will forsake you.
