HTTP Status Codes That Are Esoteric
I learned about some weird status codes, which honestly have evaporated from my brain. If you return a 301 permanently, browsers will cache it and you can't change your mind about doing that redirect. You can always just set another 301 at the whatever the 301 that you've been given. But then I guess that would effectively destroy the link that you're 301ing to initially. And you might also want to just go back to not having a redirect at all,. potentially, right? Like, like, if you redirect somewhere and then you redirect back, it would just redirect again.
