How Did You Get Started in Real Estate Investing?
I'm not a lawyer, I don't prepare my own leases. Like there's all kinds of stuff that we do in everyday life that we pay professionals for that for every reason when it comes to management. And look, like if you're the kind of person that enjoys that stuff that gets a lot of satisfaction, like more power to you. But I'm someone that I know my time is investment doing that sort of thing. So I leave it to the professionals.
