MBA - How Did You Find Your Job?
MBA is generally an appreciated degree because it enables a lot of people to switch into finance. But I think if local employers had their way they would be more than happy to just take anyone else with comparable amount of experience over an MBA. And that puts MBA candidates in Hong Kong in a very interesting position. It means you've got to be much hungrier, you'vegot to be much smarter in accessing the opportunities that you want. Your competition is not other MBAs your competition is basically the broader market out there and you really need to deep down to ask what are you offering about that that enticing to an employer.
