Technology has revolutionized the ways in which citizens organize, communicate, am, and and criticise government. Government of togo was one of the very first on the african continent to invest in pegasus a piwa technology. The anaso of the gases is used in surveiling dicidents. So i believe there must be a tougher stanc internationally, and more or a pressure on utereturn regime to stop using such powers.
