The Role of Diet in Rosacea
There are some foods that are more pro inflammatory like meat and dairy. If you eat a lot of meat and dairy, then why don't you take a week eliminated and see if your rosacea gets better? There's a list of the National Rosacea Society has a list of all the foods and beverages which have been reported to be triggers. But I never tell anyone that they absolutely as part of their regimen need to avoid all those things.
