It's been incredibly rewarding to work with a collection of people that every day come to work excited about a helping improves livesd. And so for other executives truning in, what advice would you give them for starting this type of transformation? Well, i think it starts with strategy. Everybody has to participate in order for it to be successful. A third piece of it, as i would say, is don't unersh to make the change management work that has to go on.
