The right way is to build and plan for iteration. Make the cost of training each iteration of the model as low as possible. Almost every piece of infro structure like a it large, is special. It's a snowflake in some kind of way,. And if you don't think about how things are going to get wired up, how data is going to flow through your infra structure, how you're gong to handle things like versioning and compliance concerns e just doesn't matter.
