How Many Effective Reps Are Being Performed in a Cluster Set?

So this usually ends up being an answer that people don't now that we've circled back into the mechanistic high level hypertrophy stuff. So if you did three sets to failure and you have three minutes rest between sets overall you're looking at somewhere around 15 effective reps if all of us has five reps so you can give or take somewhere around the tune of four to six reps in a set two failures gonna have like that's how many.
