Piketty's Dream of a Rejuvenated Local Democracy

Piketty proposes a radicalized social democracy, not to nationalize all wealth. He imagined a supranational parliament comprised of members drawn from national legislators. The two extremes of the deadlock of today's radical left are best exemplified by Piketty and the French Maoist Alain Badu.
