The History of the Encyclopedia
There was a fear that too much information would lead to the ruination of human beings. The French encyclopedia began in Paris, 1751 for the next 20-30 years. It became half information and half propaganda, half track to the way. But he admitted that it was sort of play-age-ism and a cut and paste job. If you do it and you credit other people then fair enough. I'm not sure we do.
