The Problem With Quarrels About Words

This is not something new, this is echoing something that Paul has said before in his first letter to Timothy. He doesn't want them to be sitting there arguing over all sorts of meaningless things or secondary things instead of focusing on the gospel. If you want to show yourself to be a worker who does not need to be ashamed, well, then you want to make sure that you're rightly handling the word of truth.
