It delves into how both Fanon and Russo draw inspiration from the past for radical transformation, reject hierarchical property distribution, and seek social formations from pre-capitalist times. The chapter also raises questions about the feasibility of egalitarianism in these social formations and critiques the idea of archo-primitivism.
