Are We Losing the Ginger Gap?

Data from small to medium sized pay roll provider gusto suggests that of those quitting, more of them are women. 300 thousand women quit their jobs in september compared to the 194 thousand jobs added to the work place. One third of women surveyed said their income wasn't enough to pay for their families.
