How do you manage load for a rugby player? It's not easy. I think the first thing is building it up appropriately. The good gets bad press and we kind of, you know, does it matter, doesn't it? If you've got somebody who hasn't got movement restriction and you measure their internal rotation in 90 then they're ready to go again. But there is some simple things that we can do. And obviously that's not the only thing we would do, but it's one simple example. So it's certainly some of the clubs I work with use it in the morning as a have they recovered from training, are they ready to go?"
