What Kind of Health Tips Would You Give?

I like to kind of take it really back down to basics when it comes to health tips. I always aim for your five a day to be five vegetables, and then adding on things like fruit separately. The main area to tackle in my house anyway would be the snack cupboard. That's usually where I will go to, and that's where I will sometimes maybe fall.
