The Long Life Cycle of Working With Pharmaceuticals
IQ via has a long life cycle of working with pharmaceutical customers. We're living with these therapy teams, turning up to six or seven years. The reason why I think we've held on to and continue to build that customer base is because we have been our own worst critic. There's going to be a billion dollar drug hanging off the back of that, but you're only going to be required to do 100 of these patients in a year. And so we have to work with those labs on what we call a value for value basis.
