Bob Greene: It's absolutely tone deaf. To the point of actually being offensive. And it certainly applies particularly during Black History Month, the impact and the positive type of contributions that Black History Month is supposed to represent. We've seen these type of wrapped emergency response vehicles for other type of months. They probably commissioned these things months ago. But certainly they could have pulled that back and waited for a better time. He says this sparks a conversation about rethinking what Black History Month means.
