I think that the adoption, my philosophy on adoption has always been about the use of experience and the value that you're offering to the user. And then if they can do that, is it a good experience, are they immediately able to say, wow, this is so much better than the old way I used to do it? If that value and that experience without training happens very quickly, it's walk up usable and you get it, then you don't have to worry about adoption and change management because people will want to use it.
