How to Onboard a New Member

This quarter I started actually this quarter for the first time is that every quarter I was delivering the accelerator. It's weekly calls about e-commerce topics. The result is amazing. Like they are much more engaged because they have time to process the information and then in the end of the week comes for the Q and A's. And also the whole backend, I already delegated the discordor to my colleague for the creating payment plans, creating the group, creating the list of people. She's doing everything with the mailer, like magic, you know, and the landing page.
